    Restaurant Invester
Hello My Husband and Myself own two smaller buissnsess. I have ran across a GREAT deal in the resterant buisnesss that I know can go great. At the time the lady is wanting to sell do to health reasons. But, I am currently trying to talk to her about a rent to won the business. In the meantime I wish to look for great investers that may be interested. I have my degree in Buisnees, and my current two are doing great I know this one would be the best for me and the invester. Could anyone send me into the right direction. This resterant has been in business for over 20 years. But at the time the owners heath is failing. And she has cut her hours to almost none. The location is great. The closest resterant to her is over ten miles away. So I know the community will greatly support it . During the hours she has been open they have been over whelmed in orders. And I know that I can make it better by uping the hours and the menu. I am willing to cool but also have a great cook in mind with over 7 years experience. I know I can get the approvel for atart up with the needs and supplies. But I need investers in case she will not agree in the leesing to own. The resterant is fully equipt in what is needed. So there is no start up there Please is anyone has ides please e-mail me or call at any time .
    Thank You

I have somewhat of an issue with this post. Like if you want to get into the restaurant business, you should know how to spell it. I can understand typos, but you spelled in incorrectly in THREE places (I corrected the misspelling in the subject for you). I would think someone with a degree in Business would know how to spell it and would also know how to write a bit better than you have shown here.

If you are trying to attract investors to a business, you would need to write a business plan and you would be laughed at if it was anywhere near as poorly written as your post.

I would suggest you contact the SBA and score.org for help in buying this business.
