    Grace periods
I live in California, is there a grace period for rental property and if so what is the grace period? I was always under the assumption that it is 5days (or at least that is what I have previously experienced) my current rental agency has a 3 day grace period and they are not open on Fridays or weekends!
    Thank you for your help.
