    I want all rights to my daughter
    So my daughter is almost one her dad lives in lewiston Idaho and I raise her by myself I have a job he doesn't I have a car he doesn't even have a license I have a place he lives with his sister he pays 20 bucks a month for child support my really good friend shawn loves her to death and wants me to get her last name changed to his "Collins" I want to what do I do? Do I just get custody or do I have to get all the rights to do that

    That's basically not going to happen unles her father agrees to it as well. Now, of course if you marry this friend you can push to have him adopt her again if the bio dad will allow it but even though the father is not using his rights he does have them.
