    Boggs down
I have a 93 olds cutless ciera , when you give it gas it boggs down like it's flooding it's self out. If you ease down on the gas it's not as bad , but it takes awhile to get up to speed, also when the clutch on the a/c kicks on it boggs down the engine.

This sound like the fuel induction system needs attention.
First, the lack of power: this can be many things. Including, but not limited to: dirty intake runner or idle control valve, worn throttle position sensor, dirty MAF sensor, etc. You may need this diagnosed by someone with the proper scan tools and experience.
Your second problem will likely be fixed during the first repair, but make certain that you mention this when taking your vehicle in.

    Check the basics first...

Make sure your air filter isn't clogged up.

Have your codes read... autozone or dealer. That will generally narrow down the problem.

It sounds, to me, like you need to replace the platinum spark plugs (ACDelco only). Because of the difficulty of reaching the rear plugs, many people leave them in too long. Eventually, performance really suffers. If the problem persists, replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil packs:

    http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...earchText=coil

I recommend replacing ICMs and coil packs every 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first. It boggs down, when you give it gas and the A/C kicks on, because the ignition (spark) is weak. These easy steps will solve your problem.
