    Not sure what your question is or the context, but I can say the following:
    1. Higher frequency requires less magnetics
    2. If you trasmitted at 1 Mhz then there would be RF effects. You would have a big RF transmitter.
    3. The AC line has been a good long-term frequency standard. It'sbeen used to adjust clocks and even provide a verticle refeence for old TV's.
