    Coverting a gas pack unit to a heat pump
    Is it possible to convert a gas pack unit to a heat pump? If so, how much trouble and how exspensive? Roughly

    You will have to replace the unit with a heat pump model. The cost of any conversion will be more than the new heat pump model.
