    Engine stars for a .5 second but dies
    1998 honda accord engine cranks and starts but dies immediately. :(

    Honestly, it's a waste of time to test ICMs and coils--the tests simply are not reliable. After 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first, just replace these components. They are the two most problematic components on Hondas of this generation.

    If you want to go budget, replace the ICM first.
