I have had a tubal ligation four years ago. My fiancé suspects that I may be pregnant again. I already have three beautiful children. The purpose for me getting the tubal was because I did not want any more children. Now I have been feeling very tired lately and nauseating. I was just wondering since I had them tied cut and burned is it possible to get pregnant. Please advise.

While it is possible. It is highly unlikely, especially since you had them cut tied AND burned. This is the most effective tubal procedure.

You may want to visit your doctor to find out exactly why you have been tired and nauseated, this could by symptoms of a flu or other illness.
