    Probation
    I was driving past curfew with no license and wrecked into a ditch. I have court in few days.
    Do you think they will put me on probation? And if they do does a drug test automatically come with probation?

    Where you on probation when you had a wreck. Also if so, what was it for.

    Most likely they will give you a large fine to pay, probation if you can't pay the fine and have to make payments.
    Most probation includes drug tests
