Keeping an individual off your leased property
In leasing property for our hobby, what is the proper method of not permitting a particular person from the property after he/she has resigned their membership over serious controversial situation. Additionally, we post a sign saying spectators welcome. Many of the members are persistent a letter be sent stating he/she is not permitted on our club property otherwise this will continue to fester into additional hardship and loss of members.

You send them a certified letter saying they are not allowed back on the property. If they come back, call the police to give him a criminal trespass warning.
