    Getting back into the states
    Hi! I am Polish , moved to states in 2003, got married to an american citizen after my visa expired. I made a huge mistake leaving the states in 2007 due to personal problems... Me and my husband decided that we want to get back together but I can't get back there because I never got my paperwork sorted after we got married. How do we do that. Is the fact that we weren't together for over 2 years a prblem or he can just sent an application form to the immigration office? How does it work?

    You need a good immigration attorney... you've triggered the 3-10 years ban.
