    Deferring payment

    Dear Asset Acceptance:
    This is a formal request to defer my 15 October 2009 payment of $93.46 to 31 October 2009 as I have been furloughed from my current position until the new fiscal year.
    I thank you for your consideration and help in this matter.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Do you expect that to work? I mean its worth a try, but generally these agencies don't want excuses, they want money.
