    Well water has slimy things in it.
    I have had a water well for 35 years. Now my cold water in 1 bathroom has slimy things in it. They are brown and don't break apart if you pick them up. They float around in the water while I bathe. I also notice that when several come out at one time, a cup or so of rusty colored water comes out too. And you can see them hanging out of the spout while the water runs. If I run the cold for a few gallons before stopping up the tub, usually I don't get as many in my bath. As far as I can tell they don't have an odor. Thanks.

    Check with the your local Public Health Department to have your well water tested. They can have someone check your well water. The testing is done at no charge at least in several states that I lived in. good luck
