Create a vapour barrier around potlights
I have a 7 or 8 inch vapour barrier box and a seven inch potlight. Do I need to build a wooden support for the vapour barrier box to prevent it from touching the potlight?

How can I install a vapour barrier around a potlight?

First, I get from the spelling, your not located in North America, which is fine. Nowadays, that is probably a good thing. We have a president and his group of thugs I would like to take a cruise on a ship called the Titanic Two.

Is the vaopr barrier box a fixture housing designed o be as such? Or did you build one to encompass the recess light (pot light) .

If the housing is intended to act as the barrier, you should be all set, if you built one, then I think wrapping the outer surface with poly will suffice.
