    When start a nonprofit incorporation, is it possible to have two Executive Directors or President? Or one of each working side by side?

    Yes, it's possible to have a President and an Excutive Director working together for an organization.

    What sort of non-profit organization is this concerning, please?

    It's legally possible to structure your organization in that way. But it generally wouldn't be a good idea unless you very carefully craft your by-laws so as to enumerate separate duties and powers for each. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for undending turf wars.
