    Outside condenser fan does not run when air conditoner is on
    First the air conditioner froze up. I shut eveything down until thawed in about 4 hours. The outside fan was running continuously. Shut it off at box. When turned back on, fan would not shut off. Replaced the relay switch. Now the fan doesn't run at all. Inside unit works fine, but only blows cool air, not cold.

    Revisit your wiring of the relay as you call it since that was the last item you worked on.
