    How do I appeal a Judgement against me I receive Final Order of Judgement/ Appeal form
    In the mail?

    What type of case is this for? Are you the plaintiff or the defendant? What was the outcome of the case? And like Judy asked, what are your grounds for appeal?

    Hello mj:

    You have only a few days in which to file your appeal. So, if you haven't received the forms they said were in the mail, I'd go to the courthouse, fill them out, and file them... IF it's not too late.

    PS> Judy is right, in that you need to have grounds for an appeal. NOT liking the decision isn't grounds. There needs to be some PROCEDURAL error.
