If they are testing for alcohol, probably not. Why is he drinking if he is on probation? Better yet, why is he drinking while he is on probation the day before a UA?

I'm more curious in why he's drinking if he's diabetic - and, yes, it's out of his system by now.

Alcohol and diabetes is a very dangerous combination to start with. And why is he drinking the day before he is to show up for probation testing? He is obviously not taking his probation seriously and is bound to get caught. And no, it won't show up on his test.

Sounds like he has a drinking problem, how much did he drink the day before, knowing he did not have a test the next day.

I can only pray he does fail and perhaps be forced to get the help he obviously needs

    Alcohol + diabetes = disaster

    Probation + alcohol = disaster

    What part doesn't he get?

    I am sorry,

He is on probation, he is drinking... violating that probation which means it's a matter of time before he goes back--you might want to look for a new boyfriend (preferably one not on probation).
