    How do you sign your rights away for one of your children
    I had an one night stand. Didn't no this girl was pregnant 2 like 2 years later and now I'm on child support. And I pay child support spend a lot of time with my son and she uses me dontappreciate nothng I do wants more money and I'm sick of it I waint no parts of this

    Tough luck. You chose to lie with a woman, now you are paying the consequences. Did she have a choice to raise the child? No, but she does.

    It is not easy to sign your rights away. If it were, there would be a line around the courthouse a mile long.

    Signing your rights away only means that you choose not to make any decisions regarding the health and well being of the child. You are still financially responsible. Typically the only way to get out of the situation you are in is if the one night stand were married and the step-father wants to adopt.

    Adoption is the only way out of this.

    I feel so sorry for this child that was created out of fun, but now you you want nothing to do with him... part of you. I hope the child grows to want no part of you.

    The OTHER option is to file for full custody of the child, and have the child live with YOU---then the one night stand has to pay child support.
