    Does she have any discharge?

The crying and clingyness could be distress or pain.

She may be upset that she had a stillborn kitten or she may be telling you she is in trouble and has not finished having her kittens yet.

My advice would be get her to a vet as soon as possible.

How old is she also and is it her first litter?

There could be many reasons she would be having the kitten(s) early or they are under developed, unfortunately only a vet can tell you the reasons for sure.

Was this a planned litter? Did you know she was having kittens or was this a surprise? (asking to see whether you know her due date)

Good luck, let us know how you go.
