I missed my report date and when I remember it was 4 days later what is going to happen to me?

You have violated probation. I would contact my PO as soon as possible. Some PO's have a warrant issued for your arrest. Others call you and tell you to come in.

Because of the violation you could be sentenced to whatever the sentence would have been had probation not been offered. It doesn't happen often (you'll probably just get warned) but it depends on the crime, the sentence, basically the mood of the Judge.

Report day I take it is your reporting to your probation officer. As soon as their offices open on Monday call them and speak with your PO! There should be no reason for you to "forget" your reporting day. Excuses are few and none that are acceptable. 1. You were in the hospital unconscious. 2. You were dead. If you have another excuse other than that I'm certain the PO might entertain it but more than likely he's not going to buy it.
