What type of exterior door is better - fiberglass or steel?
We live in southwest BC and are getting some exterior doors replaced. Are fiberglass ones or steel doors better?

Not that simple, they come in levels of quality so a its hard to answer. Both can be bought with wood on the inside which I have installed many times. Fiberglass can be stain or painted but steel hold the paint better and is my choice for my own home. G woth steel and it's the last door you will buy.
