    Administrator of a trust
I wanted to know what we can do. My uncle passed and left his neighbor incharge to distribute the will. My aunt & her sister believe that the executor of the trust has not been honest with the distribution of the money, in fact he has never provided them a copy of the bank statements nor what my uncle's home was sold for. We recently found out that my uncles home was sold for $400,000 & the beneficiaries which were the sisters were only given $60,000 each. The executor has never even told them how much money my uncle left in his bank accounts. Is it too late to request the accounting of all the money from the date of my uncles death to present? Also what if we ask him for a copy of all the documents and he claims that he doesn't have it? Isn't he responsible in keeping all the records just in case.
