Heating and airconditioning wiring
I have a gibson electric heat pump with a emergency heat strip, this is a central unit/heat and air/ it is self contained. My renters moved/under duress and cut the thermostat wires inside the unit. Can you help me and tell me where they are wired to. I have a honeywell, non programmable thermostat, I think they changed these wires also. HELP :eek::eek::eek:

Just wire color wire to the same color wire.
If they moved the wires it will be R to red W to white Y to yellow G to green ETC ETC If you do not feel comfortable doing the work get a HVAC person to do it for you. You still should have there security deposit to spend on all there problems they caused you. |
