My 92 Honda Civic Dx
Well I checked my coil and ICM and they were both good. But while checking this I noticed that the rotor in the distributor is not turning when I turn the key to start my car. Does anyone know if the rotor will turn with out the distributor cap on? If so does anyone know what could possibly be causing it not to turn?

Sounds like your timing belt broke. Your Civic has an interferrence engine; therefore, there may be valve, piston, and head damage.

The rotor will turn without the cap only by turning the key, shouldn't be able to turn by hand
