Trustees are Fighting over a Living trust
I am one of the beneficiaries of a trust set up by a relative that is now deceased. I am not one of the trustees. I have not been given a list of the assets of the trust but I believe some of those assets are being disposed of. Also I believe the decease had bank accounts that were joint with other relatives. My questions are, if the banks where the accounts were set up included beneficiaries at the time the accounts were set up, do those accounts pass to the beneficiaries outside of the living trust? What should I do to ensure that I get a list of the assets in the trust?

    Hello need:

You need to hire your OWN lawyer. He'll make sure you get more than a list. He might even get you the MONEY you're entitled to.
