This is the first time, correct?

    It worked once, correct?

What's the model of the converter box?

Are you using the coax input and output?

Is your TV and the converter box set to the same channel (3 or 4 NTSC)?

    Are the cable connections tight?

If you have a second converter box, does it work for that TV?
