Just an idea she could have eaten something that has ruptured her intestines. Puppies eat anything around. You absolutely must find a way to any vet, or you will not have a puppy any longer. What you describe sounds very serious.

How old is the puppy? It could be anything from a foreign body to Parvo.

She is about 9 months old her stool is also stinking worse than usual. It smells like rotten eggs she will have the runs and then poop some blood out afterwards.

Could be a lot of things. My dogs had the same mucousy stool. They had intestinal parasites. There is a powder that can be bought that you sprinkle on their food over the span of a couple days. It handles most of the intestinal parasite issues a dog could have. That is just one of numerous things that could produce this type of stool.

Definitely consult a vet though. They have to run tests to see exactly what it is before the treatment can be formulated.
