    The best interest for children in divorce
    Is there a website or someplace I can look to get information regarding the safety and best interests of a child in a divorce case. :confused:

    By safety do you mean the one parent is abusive?
    Do you have or need a protection from abuse order?

    As far as I know she has is not abusive to the kids. She is still verbally abusive to him in front of the kids and she has hit him several times not in front of the kids. I am concerned with the safety of the kids, because since he is no longer there for her to take out her frustration on, will the kids be next. I am concerned that the kids might not be safe.
