    Concrete resurfacing,asphalt
I had a concrete yard installed,it was badly done and now I want to know what is my best option to remedy the problem.Should I install asphalt over it or should I try and resurface the concrete with a thin overlay of concrete. Will the asphalt bond to the concrete?thanks

Yes you can put asphalt over concrete and a thin surface of crete will just crack and poorly adherer.

Thanks, does anyone know if there is some kind of new system e.g. an epoxy based product or the like which could be troweled over the surface.
I have got a quote to install a 1 1/2" layer of asphalt over the concrete yard, which would have to be tack-coated first. It's dificult to do as I have to somehow raise the gullies and manholes that were installed to concrete level. Is this a heavy enough coat of asphalt?
Also has anyone heard of planing down and sanding concrete and then re-surfacing with a thin-set product?
