    Attorney Review Clause
We are under contract to sell our home. The buyer's agent just presented us with an Amendment to the Contract with an attorney review. Is the attorney review period on the amendment stricktly for the amendment or is the entire contract able to be reviewed and cancelled? Please advise.

    Hello A:

It depends on the exact wording of the amendment... But, the ENTIRE contract can be reviewed by a lawyer, and it SHOULD be... But, if they SIGNED it, they're bound by it no matter how many lawyers they get to read it...

Besides, you're not required to sign and accept the amendment if you don't want to.
