    Car will not start
2006 Chrysler Sebring. 4 cylinder. Maybe a starter? Turned key, clicked once, no power.
Jumped it still only clicking. It is not the battery. Lots of buzzing in the fuze area. Head lights only come on when the car is plugged into the battery charger. No lights if not connected.

To me, it sounds like it's a bad battery (most likely), corroded battery terminals/connectors, or bad ground cable.
