I have read some posts similar to mine but have an extra to add
to the equation for my situation.

I take a shower and the toilet makes noises and the water in the bowl goes
down. Sometimes after a load of laundry the shower tub will fill up.
Plus friends of mine have noticed a sewer smell sometimes when they
how up after I have showered.

From my house, there is a cleaning trap, then pipe goes straight to septic tank.

If shower fills up, I remove the clean trap cap, water comes out and relieves
the shower tub of water, although outside in my yard.

Now the plunger part.

When I use the plunger on the trap in between the house and septic tank,
I hear some air, and a few more times with plunger the water flows great and normal
to the septic tank like new. Like there is no blockage in pipe to septic tank.

I have seen some posts about vents, but not like my situation using a plunger
to plunge the clean out trap if would make a difference.

If this could be a vent problem, are there some posts to read in order
to properly test and check my vents someone could post?

Is there a diagram that shows picts and how everything connects piping
wise.

I have heard using a water hose to run down the vent, but what if it floods?
And if there is anything in vent pipe, will it go to the septic tank if dis-lodged?

Vent pipes can get clogged with bugs, rodents birds and leaves and I think you have a clogged vent. Most of us would rod the vent from the roof with a rodding machine but you are welcome to try the garden hose, many folks swear by it. Your septic can handle what's in the clog.
