Time and temp for reheating frozen chicken
    Hi,
My friend wants to reheat a frozen chicken curry in a slow cooker, it will reheat very slowly and will only be in there for 3 hours, she has thawed it first and says it will be fine but surely the temperature will not get high enough.
    Thanks

If the chicken has already been cooked, it will be fine, you are just heating it up. As long as the temperature gets to your liking.

Re-heating is not the same as cooking.

Okay so my question is about thawing frozen food. I purchased some boneless/skinless chicken thighs. It said use or freeze by 7/4/08.
