    Yes I think so, I'm sure it has a use by date on some alcoholic drinks

    Yeah it definitely does.. it tastes AWFUL! But it's a slow process.

    Liquor is an alcohol. Alcohols react with oxygen in the air to form carboxylic acids. In other terms, the alcohol in the liquor turned acidic, like you have alcohol turning into vinegar.
