    What are the criminal responsibilities of a person suffering from multiple personality disorder, and how can the defense be improved?

    Do they go to therapy or any kind of mental health? Do they take their meds?

    Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) is extremely rare. Many people confuse this with schizophrenia.
