    Cistern - Slow to refill
    Hi,
Can you help , in the last few days my toilet takes around 4 minutes plus to refill after a flush, I have checked the answers already from previous posts with similar issues, however mine is not a push button toilet but a handle toilet.
The toilet is only around 3 years old.
And sods law, I have just tried it again and it refilled with no problem very quickly?
    Regards
