    Car onership
    My step mom cosigned for me a car.
    The title and loan is in my name and her's.
    It is direct drafted from my account.
    Now my dad and step mom is getting a divorce
    She wount's me to get her name off the loan and title.
    I can not now I do not have the funds to do it .
    Can she make me do that by law?

    No she can't. The only way you can get her name off the loan is if you refinance the car. If the lender has a lien on the car, then you won't be able to get her off the title either.

    Tell her you would love to do so, but the law and the lender won't cooperate.
