Hi

I recently got a maill from my employer that CIS has denied my H1B petition for this year. CIS raised 2 RFE's and despite getting answered from employer they rejected. Does that mean that I am not eligible for H1B for next 3 years. Please note that I didn't even appear for interview. What are implications of this and possible solutions. Can I apply for H1B in 2010. Please respond at earliest.
