    What is this movie?
    When I was a kid I loved this movie but can't remember what it is. I had the doll of the main character too. The main character was a little girl in this outfit that had a star on the front I think. She carried a wand with a star on it. In the movie she was in this town and she did all this good. Well the villans made her mean and her heart turned black and she didn't have any color to her anymore. The entire town starts getting like this. I don't remember how but the town is saved. My mom and I thought that maybe it was Rainbow Brite but that's not it. Then we thought she was called Star Brite and that turned on a light bulb in my head but I can't find anything about it on the internet. I watched it in like the early 90s. Please help me remember what this movie is.

    I think I do recall there being a Rainbow Brite doll, as I was working in Toys'R'Us in 1987. My first real job!

    I think it is Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer as well.
