    1993 Buick will not start
I have a 1993 Buick skylark custom 4d. This morning I went to start it and nothing. No noise, all dash lights work. Battery OK.
I did have a problem shifting out of park. Shifts OK now, but still will not start.
Does this vehicle have some kind of computerized thingy installed or could it be something simple(I hope). Any ideas?

. Remove and fully charge/replace the battery. Many auto parts stores will test/charge batteries for free.

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

My bet is that the battery is bad.

We have located the problem. It's the ignition switch. Do you know if this can be bypassed since it's an electric ignition system?

Replace the ignition switch--don't even think of trying to bypass it.
