OK my boyfriend is on felony probation in Michigan for drug possession he caught some new charges for drugs again and has been in jail since 4-24-09 he had 2 charges both misd. He got 6 months for both and there running them concurrent his out date is 9-23-09, but now he has a probation violation but it is his first violation anybody have any info on what he may get for this

He may end up doing his original sentence in jail. He will find out at his probation violation hearing. We can only speculate on his punishment. He did violate his felony probation by getting the 2 misdemeanor convictions so it will be hard to tell.

What was his original sentencing for the felony conviction? How many months in jail and how many months/years probation?

Well his max I believe is 2yrs. He sat 120dys. And he got 2yrs probation which would have been over in April but he had unpaid fines so he was extended and then he caught these new cases. But he is on probation in 2 different counties he find out 9-03-09 what his sentence is one county but the other county wants to revoke his probation is that good or bad? The other county said they won't come get him till he done sitting his time... I don't understand that because the other county already came and got him
