    Pregnant and so hungry
    I am only 6.5 weeks pregnant and am feeling so sick all the time but I get worse when I am hungry so am eating all the time! It's the only time the nausea goes! I am trying to eat healthy things and thank goodness don't fancy sweets and cakes but its carbohydrates like bread and savouries I want and I am so worried I put on too much weight! Anyone got any advice? I hate this nausea. Its like a gnawing toothache all the time!

    What about something like bite sized whole grain crackers or something small and healthy like that? Or even whole grain (or basically anything but white bread) bread and just taking a piece at a time and nibbling on it?
