Hi, I have Harbor Freeze fan installed in my bedroom, it came with light, I believe it came with remote receiver but no remote control with it. I was using the lights in the fan as bedroom light to read. To switch of the light I need to get up from bed to come to wall switch to switch off the light, so I purchased the remote control unit seperatly and installed wall-unit and kept the remote in the night lamp table to use it while I am in the bed, wal-unit while entering bed room. All of sudden remote and wall-unit stopped working, when I press the green switch both in remote and in wall-unit it is blinking but no action taking place, there is on and off switch in the wall unit, which I need to slide to switch on and slide back to swithc off, that slide switch makes the light to work but not fan, when I press the Hi,med,low switches in the wall-unit, it swithces off the light and nothing happens to fan. I need some one help to fix the problem. I believe I have remote receiver from the remote purchase lying in basement. Teh fan has chain to switch on the light and another cahin to control fan speed, I didn't the chain to see whether it is working or not.
