H1 Holder, married to a green card holder.
My wife has been in the states with a H1 visa. She is currently working and still legal till September of 2010. I started to put my papers for Naturalization. I would like to know if I can apply for a EAD for her. So, she no longer have to work under her H1. As soon as I become a citizen of the US. I will put in the paper for her Green card.
    Thank u for your help.

No, if you get married now, she won't be eligible to obtain work permit based on marriage. The best choice is wait until you become naturalized and then proceed with immigration..
