Can i be adopted by friends mom because my parents really arent fit to be. they can never support me the way a teeage girl needs to be supported so can i be adopted?

You would have to be more specific about why you believe your parents are unfit.
Most teenagers feel the same way, which has more to do with the age range than the fitness of parenting by your parents.

No your friend's mom cannot adopt you unless your parents agree to it and even then it would be an uphill battle.

As just said, most teenagers feel the way you do about your parents and most of the time, its simply because they won't let you do something you really want to do but they don't feel its safe.

I remember having a battle with my daughter once. I had just come home from the store, when I left its had just started to snow, by the time I got back (less than an hour) there were already a couple of inches on the ground and snowing hard. I was within a block on my house and I got hit by a guy coming too fast around a curve and losing control.

So I get home after dealing with the accident and my daughter announces she HAS to go to some meeting of her organization. I refused and she threw a temper tantrum. As it turns out, the canceled the meeting because of the storm.

I'm sure my daughter felt I was a non-supportive and unfit parent at that time. But I was really looking out for her safety as a parent is supposed to do.
