Can you do contract for deed for home sale in Missouri
My husband and I want to sell our home and move from Missouri to NW Oregon.
After researching Realtors in our area and the commission received we have read into the option of selling ourselves. Can you do contract for deed in Missouri.
    Thanks

I see no reason why not. As long as the contract does not violate any laws of the state. Some states (Texas in particular) have put restrictions on Contract for deed sales. But most states allow them. I would advise having a lawyer draw up the contract to make sure you are protected.
