    I need to get these things out of my head
    I really don't know to say this, but... I really need someone to talk to, I'm having too many thoughts that I need to get out of my head and I can't. I've tried talking to some of my friends and family members but they don't understand what is going in my head. Lately they have started to look at me in a weird way. All I want to do is blab out what's in my head, but I can't.

    I am sorry but I do not understand the question. Were you wanting someone to talk to or are you trying to find a way of talking to your friends and family?
