    Pullchain reassembly
    I can't get the chain ti retract--similar to cassie's problem. Don't know if I am putting the parts back correctly.

    Since you did not post on Cassies post we have no idea what you are talking about. Brand and model # may help us help you more. If the chain pull does not retract the switch likely needs to be replaced.
