    Regarding Visa Cancellation Procedures
    Hi

    How are you?

    Our Company is in Jebel Ali Fze and they have given termination notice to all the employees.

    The company license is expired on 19th of Aug 2009, and one of our colegue as given his documents for visa cancellation after the expiry of the license and his application for visa cancellation was rejected by the immigration authority saying it is not possible as our company has not given letter to JAFZ saying that they are not going to renew the license.

    I just want to know whether is it possible to cancel the visa after expiry of the license.

    As our PRO says it is not possible. Can you please guide me on the above issue.
